Return Policy

We accept unused and undamaged products for domestic return or exchange. Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging condition, as this allows us to recycle and save materials, minimizing waste.

For returns processed within 30 days of the shipment arrival date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the initial selling price. Please note that refunds will not be offered for merchandise returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.

A restocking fee of 5% and a partial shipping fee of $5 per a product will be applied for returns.

Exchange

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Process

We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return, informing you of the approval or disapproval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
