Shipping and Returns
The production time for each order is approximately 5-7 days. Wondering why? Because every lamp is crafted on a made-to-order basis. This approach allows us to minimize waste, assess demand accurately, and prevent unnecessary stock buildup. This, in turn, facilitates a more diverse range of designs and quicker implementation of changes. If your order surpasses the 1 week mark without an update, please don't hesitate to contact our support team. We sincerely appreciate your patience.

We accept unused and undamaged products for domestic return or exchange. Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging condition, as this allows us to recycle and save materials, minimizing waste.
For returns processed within 15 days of the shipment arrival date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the initial selling price. Please note that refunds will not be offered for merchandise returned more than 15 days after the delivery date.
